(9) You expressly acknowledge and agree that, as stated in (6), Digital-Currency-Solutions is entitled to restrict or terminate its services, in whole or in part, for individual markets at any time without prior notice, and in the event of termination, to terminate the contractual relationship with you extraordinarily and without notice.
